Don Many Cigars does not sell or distribute any type of Cuban Cigars, tobacco or any Cuban made products.

Don Many Cigars does not sell or advertise to anyone under 21 years of age.

RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. If for any reason your order did not meet your expectations, you may request a return of the order for a replacement or a refund of the purchased price within the first 10 days of your purchase. No returns of cigars after the 10 days of purchase. Additional items and or products will be returned at the discretion of Don Many Cigars.

Contact us via email at: store@DonManyCigars.com provide us with pertinent information concerning your order. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Don Many Cigars does not sell / distribute / ship our products to anyone under the age of 21 nor does Dom Many Cigars sell or distribute cigarettes. Cigars and or related products from our website are not intended to be purchased or utilized by anyone under the age of 21. The purchaser by entering and utilizing our website or any of our affiliated websites acknowledges that he/she is of lawful age and has paid any required fees, taxes and is legally entitled to possess tobacco products.
Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.
Certain itemsmay not be eligible for shipment outside the United States. Oversized merchandise may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Normal shipping source USPS 2 Day, 3 Day and ground.
Priority Mail – Overnight shipping service is available additional shipping charges will apply contact customer support directly.
Order tracking will be provided with every order.
All cigar shipments will require a signature from someone over the age of 21 when cigars are being delivered.
Don Many Cigars cannot sell or ship cigars to the following states (Maine, Iowa & Montana).

HAZMAT

Butane: Due to FAA Federal regulations items such as Butane, and or any flammable liquids or gases will not be shipped on an expedited basis. The items will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground carriers. All lighters will be shipped empty (without fuel) Additional charges may apply due to packaging regulations.

TAX INFORMATION

Within the State of Florida shipping & handling charges are taxable. Customers purchasing our products from outside the State of Florida acknowledge that it is their responsibility for remitting any additional taxes to their appropriate local, state, federal taxing agency.
